Bryan Williams’ real estate clients marvel at his keen intuition about their needs. One recently asked him, “How did you know what I’d like just from a phone call?” It’s simple: Bryan asks the right questions, knows the market inside and out, and has a get-it-done, no-nonsense attitude when it comes to fulfilling his clients’ needs.

Having sold and rented numerous properties representing sellers, buyers, landlords, and renters in the process, from Harlem to the Financial District from Brooklyn to the Bronx. Bryan has built strong relationships with many loyal clients along the way. He knows that every neighborhood has its unique charm and appeal, and that every individual has a different set of priorities. “My clients like that I have a sixth sense about their needs and that I take the time to understand what they want. Then, based on their preferences, lifestyle, and budget, I make an evaluation and find the best matches.” “Sellers like that I help them to evaluate the market to determine pricing, qualify potential buyers, negotiate on their behalf to achieve the maximum potential out of their home.

A New Jersey native, Bryan moved to New York to be in show business as a standup comedian and actor in the early 90’s and fell instantly in love with the city. Years later, he fell in love with New York all over again when he got into real estate. While performing one night as a comedian at the old Dangerfield’s comedy club, he was approached after his performance by the manager of a real estate firm who suggested he’d make a great real estate agent. Bryan never looked back. He began his career in rentals in the early 2000’s and quickly excelled and developed a thriving real estate business.

Bryan currently resides on the Upper East Side, the same neighborhood he lived in when he first moved to New York in 1990. Although he has conducted business in many neighborhoods throughout the city, Bryan considers himself an Upper East Side expert. As a more than 30 year resident he is quite familiar with almost every aspect of the Upper East Side.

Bryan can still be seen around the city still performing his stand-up routine. In addition, Bryan is also a musician, singer-songwriter and actor, having filmed a few commercials and small, minor acting roles in films. Make no mistake, Bryan’s major focus is his real estate career, providing excellent service to his clients and customers alike.
