The all important budget and financing, as well as moving timetable and logistics, family educational and employment needs are all considered.
Also an insurance and investment broker, Harold can provide the necessary home insurance and related coverage specializing in high-value city and waterfront residences. He can also protect their mortgage with life insurance. His investment brokerage capabilities can be valuable to the client when viewing their residence as one part of their overall investment portfolio.
Harold can also assist the relocating family with their educational questions, since he has been an adjunct professor of business for over 30 years at The City University of New York.
