Laurie brings her extensive real estate expertise to NextStopNY as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, following 13 successful years at Corcoran. After spending 23 years in Istanbul, Turkey, she returned to her native New York in 2012, bringing with her a wealth of global real estate experience.
A pioneer in corporate commercial real estate, Laurie led the corporate client services department at Pega Ltd., overseeing leasehold acquisitions and brokerage consulting for multinational clients such as Intel and Cisco Systems, as well as government agencies, including the U.S. Department of State.
Once back in New York, Laurie began expanding her real estate portfolio and now owns and manages several investment properties in the city.
In addition to working with sellers, as a Certified Buyer’s Representative, Laurie seamlessly blends her deep knowledge of Manhattan’s residential market—both as a salesperson and an investor—with her corporate real estate expertise, making her a valuable asset to NextStopNY.
