A lifelong real estate enthusiast and investor, Steven has personally owned and managed multiple investment properties in Massachusetts and Maine, giving him firsthand experience with buying, selling, renting, and property management. Throughout his academic career, Steven has mentored hundreds of students and young professionals, helping them through some of the biggest transitions in their lives. Steven grew up in South Florida and spent significant time in New York, Los Angeles, and Boston. Steven has returned to New York because the city’s energy, diversity, and endless opportunities reminded him why he fell in love with it as a young adult. Fluent in English and Spanish, Steven is especially passionate about assisting professionals, academics, healthcare workers, scientists, and anyone relocating to New York to pursue new opportunities.
